Alkalinity
At the cellular level, we are born and die constantly and consistently. The body's billions of cells are all slightly alkaline and need to stay that way in order to function, stay healthy, and stay alive. However, it is the acid produced by their cellular activity, which is what gives the cell its energy and functionality. Each alkaline cell secretes metabolic wastes while it performs the function of respiration; these wastes are acidic in nature. These wastes must not be allowed to accumulate even when they are used for energy and functionality. One illustration of this is the lactic acid produced during exercise, which can be extremely uncomfortable. Before these acids operate as toxins inside and around the cell, altering its environment, the body will go to tremendous measures to neutralize and detoxify them. Contrary to popular belief and clinical practice, the immune system is not the body's initial line of defense. It is crucial, but more of a highly developed clean-up service. Instead, we must consider the significance of pH balance as the primary line of defense against illness and disease as well as for health and vitality!
The human body is incredibly sophisticated. The body begins to develop defense systems as we get more acidic to prevent the harmful acid from getting into our essential organs. Acid is well recognized to be accumulated in fat cells. After all, the acid has a chance to eat holes in the tissue if it comes into contact with an organ. The cells might mutate as a result of this. In this acidic environment, the oxygen content decreases and calcium depletion starts. Your body may therefore produce fat as a defense strategy to shield you from your excessively acidic self. Those cellulite and fat deposits may actually be storing the acid in an effort to keep it away from your organs. It's possible that the fat is protecting your crucial organs. Many people have discovered that getting back to a healthy inner biological terrain aids in their ability to shed extra pounds.
advantages of alkalinity
Numerous illnesses and abnormalities in our bodies' metabolism are brought on by the way we live today. Despite the efforts of the Food and Drug Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency, harmful substances are finding their way into our food supply, drinking water, air, and land. (Ok that last statement was written with sarcasm) The amount of foreign compounds the human body must process and remove today is unprecedented, pushing the body beyond its normal capacity for detoxification. Simply put, a lot of individuals no longer feel good. Some people discover that they are considerably more prone to colds or the latest "bug" that is going around. The rising incidences of autoimmune disorders like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and fibromyalgia are significantly more dangerous. The phrases "health" and "wellness" are now only guidelines. Low-level toxicity from a variety of sources can be very challenging to find. Through a process we call "fermentation," or the over-acidification of the blood and tissue as a result of the multiplication of yeast, fungus, and bacteria, the combined action of all these poisons generates a "toxic cocktail" effect that can significantly impair the body and the mind.
Single-celled organisms called yeast and fungi can be found in the soil, water, air, and a variety of foods. They have a higher level of development than the early stages of viruses or the intermediate states of bacteria. They have evolved into more than 500,000 distinct species over the years. They are survivalists and opportunists. They are continuously hunting for new homes where they can settle down and spread out and colonize. They can only be observed under a microscope because they are single-celled life forms, but once invaded, these cells become visible in the form of mushrooms and mold on food.
Depending on their individual food needs and colonization conditions, yeast, fungus, bacteria, mold, and viruses have a tendency to settle in very specific locations within the body. Through the by-products of their metabolism, which enter the extracellular fluid or the circulation and are then disseminated throughout the body, all are capable of producing severe fermentation. The result is an over-acidification of the blood and tissues, which poisons and kills the body's cells on a systemic level.
The overabundance of animal protein, particularly red meat and pork, dairy products (milk, cheese, ice cream), and sugar in any form (sucrose, fructose, glucose) is directly responsible for the disease known as over-acidification. There is only one disease and one illness as a result.
Sugar is the main food supply for bacteria, fungi, and yeast. These organisms create and excrete poisons as waste as they consume the proteins and sugar in our bodies. We are affected by these pollutants on a bodily, mental, and spiritual level. The blood must be cleaned and the cells must be fed in order to address this rising issue. In order to achieve this, we must cut out meals that lead to over-acidification and consume more alkaline foods. Only an acidic basis can support yeast, fungus, bacteria, mold, and viruses; an alkaline base is inhospitable to them. Therefore, it is crucial that the diet have the right balance of acidic and alkaline foods. Yeast, fungus, bacteria, mold, and viruses will return to their usual healthy state when the appropriate ratio is maintained. In order to maintain a pH level of 7.365, the optimal ratio in a typical body is 4 parts alkaline to 1 part acid. We will get straight to the point and say that pH refers to the relative concentration of Hydrogen (H+) ions in a solution in order to avoid a long chemistry lesson.
High pH values denote low hydrogen ion concentrations or alkaline, whereas low pH values denote larger hydrogen ion concentrations or acidic. For instance, 10to-1 has a higher acidity than 10to-14.
Low glycemic fruits, leafy green and yellow vegetables, beans, sprouted grains, nuts, and essential fatty acids should all be a part of a healthy diet. This perfect diet would make us less vulnerable to poisons, detoxify the body, and limit or prevent further exposures, allowing for cellular regeneration and result in a balanced and well, being.
